as most of you know, kilroy has been the most active investor in san francisco these days and bay area over the last few years and we've done so because we believe in this city and we've also done so because we have immense confidence in mayor lee. it's no coincidence that under mayor lee and his administration that we've seen such technology growth, employment and vitality in this city. we've seen that here through incubation and more importantly at this particular juncture we are attracting companies from silicone valley and the entire world to be a must be location
