joining us is kim dozier who is the managing editor for the israeli times.in the west bank and in particular in jenin, and you rarely see this happening in the west bank. >> right. while we have seen it happen with gaza, we have not seen it happening in the west bank for about 20 years since the last palestinian uprising, and the way they usually plan these attack is to map out the criminal networks, and almost perfect penetration of the israeli, palestinian communication, and they map the nodes, and then they encircle a town, and they have a checklist, and they go through it, and they will hit block after block until they find the people from the list. 20 years ago when i was on the ground during the incursions in je jenin, ramallah, and other ways to get around, they blast their way from one end of the building and then blast the walls to get to a specific person, and they can't know who is on the other side, but they consider it a legitimate risk, because they have lost two dozen people in the last couple of months through israeli attacks. >> and they say
