mar and actually, the other supervisors that have been involved supervisor breed and supervisor kim have rooegd weighed in payrolling there's a lot of discussion will be the balance whether it's less resdrief there are a number of ways we're making this more restrictive and we're concerned about the stores being considered changes the interesting thing almost everyone in the room agrees on 99 percent the basic system has worked as a result of the study you can look at the formula retail stores and test them out and consider whether or not their appropriate that's the right approach and we're expanding that approach we're talking about here in our proposal and the supervisors proposal is to tweak the system based on the analysis and this is done at our request because of the multiple proposals on the table a year ago and we felt we were going to look at the controls and take recommendation on changes. the bottom line we believe the system works and what we're recommending are tweaks to the system so we look forward to hearing our comments >> thank you. okay. let's open this up for public comment
