i think kim jong-un should be told we'd like to honor your grandfather kim il-sung. he wanted to implement this north-south agreement and agreed to sign it. of course, he died in 1994. it was never implemented and probably never implemented because, you know, the north is following its normal method of obligation, not implementing agreements, and be that as it may we want to say we support kim il-sung's vision and give kim jong-un an opportunity to implement already agreed upon document. and, of course, what we fear, of course, is -- is president trump being put into -- put into, you know, a box and having to agrey to something that we don't want to agree to when i think that if we do this, if we approach it using the north-south agreement as a framework we're making an offer to kim jong-un that he can't refuse. if he refuses it, we're in the position where we can say that he is not honoring the legacy of his grandfather, and that will then inoculate us from whatever happens in the talks because we will have offered to start from an already agreed upon framework. if
