schools with the antioch unified school district with are here today, lone tree, jack london and kimball. we are told the 10-year-old boy attended jack london elementary school in antioch. we were speaking with chaperons as they were leaving the building and they said the 10- year-old boy was not wearing a life jacket even though they have them here at the water park. he was swimming in the back to school and then found in the bottom of the pool. it could not have ended better with the young boy awake, breathing and on his way to the hospital. in terms of his condition we are working to get more information. a frightening situation. there were dozens of chaperons and three lifeguards surrounding in school. obviously this turned very scary and they ended the day early. they were supposed to leave at 1:30 but everybody has already left at this point. we are working to find out more information about the boy and situation here today. the director of the water park is going to be giving me information in the next half hour, so once we have more we will be sure to bring it to you >> as soon a
