k kimber kimberly? >> reporter: there's a temporary restraining order keeping the hospital from removing jahi mcmath from a ventilator at least until tuesday. the family's attorney says tomorrow at that hearing before the federal judge, they will discuss that temporary restraining order. now, during the mandatory settlement conference, the judge will meet with hospital officials, also jahi's family and reach the facts of the case and the judge will try to find a slupgs that everyone accepts. this, of course, could be difficult given the history between the two sides who have been at odds since jahi was declared brain dead three weeks ago today. since then, her family has fought to keep her on the ventilator and looking for other facilities to transfer her to. the hospital said it would be willing to help the family move her if it is done legally and is medically possible. >> well, there has been a number of reports from the family attorney, mr. doleland, that there is a facility in waiting that would ac
