i would also like to take a few seconds to appreciate commissioner kingsley. i happen to observe for on a ridealong. she addressed a man that was nodding off in front of a storefront. they all acted with compassion. i am often critical and tonight will be no different, but i would like to address good things when i see them. i am here on very serious business. i am here responding to a commentary a few weeks ago when he was present at a ceremony giving metals of dollar to officers richard hastings and mathew lopez. i find it very troubling that a body that is charged with the oversight of police matters, the president of that body would see fit to refer to two officers that are still under investigation for their role in the shooting death of a black youth. there is pending litigation, that no evidence has been released, no clear evidence presented in the police case regarding this matter has been presented to the public. the family does not even have a coroner's report. somehow, sir, you feel it is appropriate as president of the police commission, the body w
