and today, he did just that. << veteran christopher kingsley had readjustment issues when coming back from iraq. he struggled with nightmares, flashbacks and trying to deal with his everyday life. "many of us struggle coming home and that adjustment can be very hard and i've been there as well and i understand being isolated and alone and unable to figure it out and not be able to stand up on your own two feet," said central iowa va inpatient mental health, christopher kingsley. through what he calls "bad choices and unsuccessful coping to the veteran's affairs...which is an agency that offers support to returning soldiers. he says with thehea, ptsd programming, and family support he recovered. now, he's giving
