live look from i-80 in kingvale this morning. make that pass up to 80. this looks like cal trains cleared the roads up there, a lot clearer than it was this weekend. a lot of people got snowed in, in fact. we have fresh video to show you from kirkwood resort taken late yesterday. speeding it up here, a lot of folks managed to get up here for the long holiday weekend to enjoy the snow. ski week for a lot of folks in the bay area and tahoe is one of the favorite getaways of many. so they're hitting the slopes. it's really good news for the revenue up there for the small businesses, too. >> fastest gondolas around. >>> we've been talking about the fact that we need so much snow there and there will be some snow in the forecast and it stays cold. it won't be one of those warm storms. so that's good news there. as we get a look at our storm ranger that's our mobile doppler radar, you can see the red beam scanning around the bay area and it could be tracking some rain as early as tomorrow for the peninsula. i will be talking about that
