officer twiddy then also feared that den kips was reaching for his duty weapon. to that point, officer twiddy stepped back and fired several shots at mr. denkins. the handgun according to this january 31st, 2016. as a result of that, people have been asking, well, what about dash cam video. according to this report, because this incident took place away from the car, because the chase happened away from the car, there is no dash cam video that police can rely on so that is why they are encouraging nip would saw this incident from start to finish, they are asking those folks to come forward because right now, they have some people who have seen some part of this incident. they are hoping that anyone who has seen the entire incident from start to finish will come forward and help police out with this investigation. officer twiddy suffered minor abrasions during the encounter. he remains on administrative leave pending the outcome of this investigation and, of course, akiel denkins' funeral is scheduled for tomorrow. >> hopefully, they can piece this together and le
