i'm kira klapper. meteorologist rob mayeda is here with a look at your microclimate forecast. hey, rob. >> hi there, kira and happy mother's day to you and the moms around the bay area. we're seeing kind of a clear start to the morning, hazy skies, closer there to the south bay and unfortunately a red flag warning ongoing for the diablo range, off in the distance from the walnut creek view at 59 degrees. interesting to point out though out toward solano county, fairfield is almost 70 right now, because of the north wind, which is ongoing through solano county where the top wind is right now. expect to see more across the north bay hills and diablo range headed into the afternoon, we take the humidity levels lower again as we head through the day today. impacted areas east bay valley, hills and north bay and the highs today maybe a little bit cooler but may not notice a difference, mid to upper 80s for most places, closer to 09 in concord, 70 in san francisco. 83 in san jose. seven-day forecast trends w

i'm kira klapper. we were expecting vianey to be back in studio this weekend, but instead, we have a different treat. meteorologist rob mayeda joins us with a look at your microclimate forecast. hey, rob. >> happy to be filling in. speaking of this weekend, it's a common theme in all the camera views around the bay area. a lot of low clouds, misty skies, seeing a little bit of that in tiburon right now at 53 degrees. there's more of that mist and low clouds around san francisco. 50 and low clouds into san jose, 55 degrees. final stop takes us to the tri-valley, where you can see the low clouds have moved inland even towards livermore. a good, strong sea breeze out there this morning and during the day will keep our temperatures in the low-60s, san francisco. mid-60s oakland. mid-70s today in san jose. but watch where temperatures are headed. memorial day, monday, 90s to 100-degree temperatures become possible. we'll take a closer look at the heat just around the corner this holiday weekend coming up in

temperatures are warmer across the bay, which showed you that in the last half hour giving you a live look kiraoss the oakland estuary towards san francisco. what baby? beautiful view, and you could see the low clouds. they're just banked up against the coast on the backside of a san francisco and that marine layer is not going away. in fact, you expected too deep in a little bit as we get through into your tuesday and temperatures are expected to cool a little bit for tomorrow. let's talk about today, though. there's a look. a storm tracker to we're not tracking any rain, of course, but we do have some clowns out there along the coast. what? raise half moon bay down through the san matteo county coastline and i do expect an increase in the cloud cover getting into the afternoon and evening hours. so will be partly cloudy for the second part of the day and then turn mostly cloudy. getting into the iv name ridge of high pressure strengthening over the bay area just a little bit as it remains right off our coastline there. you can see we continue to watch disturbances move through the pacific nor
