i'm kira klapper.rologist rob mayeda is in for vianey arana. with a look at our forecast. >> and the forecast does include some rain and the primary part of the rain has now moved to the east to san jose. you could see it on the storm ranger mobile doppler radar. that is the band around san matin and gilroy. you could see the showers behind that. the area of rain over the last hour or so, few isolated showers through about 10:00 and 11:00 this morning and once we pass noon, look at how quickly the skies clear. so it is the opposite. sunshine and clearing skies, locally breezy after the morning showers clear with upper 50s to mid-60s for highs today. one more chance of showers this week and most of that is in the north bay. another relatively weak weather system and temperatures start to climb and we could see temperatures as close to 70 by friday as high pressure builds in for most of the upcoming week. >> wow, that is nice. but, boy, that is weird. >> for this time of the year it is warm. >> rob, than

i'm kira klapper in for laura garcia. >> and i'm marcus washington. right now a check of that forecast for you that morning. vianey arana in for kari this morning. how is it looking? >> it's getting foggy in some spots. limited visibility reported in through the interior valleys and also at the san mateo bridge. so here it is. fog and visibility in napa down to about three miles but look at livermore down to about a quarter of a mile, san jose now at about five miles. so keep that in mind as you head out, that fog will remain through the first half of our morning and our temperatures will be in the 50s and 60s. but if you're going to be taking mass transit, a closer look at your transit forecast. again, we'll be in the 50s by 10:00 a.m. we're going to keep that cloud cover. also a quick reminder if you do take mass transit, a lot of the services were either under a holiday schedule or sunday service. not all of them will be back to normal today so it's better to check that before you even head that. oh, no, it's the wrong time. here is a different vie

i'm kira klapper. vianey arana has a look at our microclimate forecast. and, boy, it turned out to be a beautiful day yesterday for the 49ers win. >> it was. i think it played a key role in the win. so now, though, we're experiencing very cold temperatures because that system that brought the showers yesterday morning is leaving behind, look at this in napa, 31 degrees. that is below freezing. san jose 39. concord 39. santa cruz 38. and up through santa rosa, 38 right now. so the temperature difference compared to the last 24 hours is pretty significant in some parts including livermore, ten degrees colder and napa 11 and oakland 10 and down through san jose 7 degrees colder compared to the same rain shower yesterday morning. now we're still dealing with the high surf advisory through 3:00 p.m. and talk about the king tides, we are expecting the high upwards of six feet around 11:54. so if you are around the coastline, be careful there is the possibility of coastal flooding potential. i know they have
