now to kirk lippold, the former u.s.s.on what he thinks of this hostage transfer process. the latest on the houthi rebels. always good to see you, commander. first off on the houthi rebels and the idea that they will be reclassified back to what they were prior, a terrorist organization. what do you think? >> it's a very good decision by the administration to regin that review process. when you look at what the houthis were original, it was a proxy war being raged between saudi arabia and iran between the sunni majority government. what has happened with the houthi rebels is iran is now using them as a proxy group to destabilize the region and continue the pressure upon both israel and now the united states as well. the fact that they're operating in a manner where they're shooting toward israel, which is shooting toward our ships. they're conducting piracy operations. this is more indicative of a terrorist organization, not just a regional proxy war fighting for control of the country. >> neil: you know, we go after these
