that's klm. only certain routes., what you do is opt into the program where you look at the facebook and linked in of other people who opted into the program. go on to the website. then, through that, you decide who your seat mate is going to be. why isn't this private? if i'm flying on a plane, why is the airplane allowed to give out my name that i'm flying? >> only if you opt into the program. you can do it like that, which is anonymous or you opt into the program. if you opt into the program and the person sitting next to you and you decide you don't want them sitting next to you, you can't reject them. that's what's interesting about the process. what you can do is request another seat and become anonymous. it sounds complicated. if you go on to the klm meet and seat website, it's very self-explanatory. only 200 people have used it. it's certainly interesting to say would i want my facebook or linked in revealed to the person sitting next to me and i wonder how many people have met and done business this way? >>
