my conversation with senator amy klobuchar. a few thoughts about her republican colleagues talking about a re-brand of the term pro-life. and something tells me she does too. ♪ ♪ ♪ so according to mark meadows, mark meadows was just doing his job. setting up a call so his boss could pressure the georgia secretary of state into finding him some votes. so that is just typical run-of-the-mill chief of staff stuff, nothing to see here, just doing my job. at least that's been his argument to get his case moved to federal court, and if he'd been successful he may have had a more favorable jury pool. so there were some stakes for him, or in the dreams narrow for meadows, it could've meant dismissal of his case altogether. but, late on friday, a judge in atlanta flatly rejected his request to move his case. it turns out you can't just claim all of your alleged crime was under the big umbrella as politics as usual. the word for a talking point, maybe, but it does not work for the law. it is a massive setback for meadows, who is already
