kinder morgan energy partners, kmp, morgan stanley and hon, honeywell whose ceo we had on last night. don't we start with kinder morgan energy partners. they have a 6. % yield. this is the daily. this is the stock that peaked in april last year. it's been kind of not so great since then. it spent the last 12 months trending lower. between april 2013 and march of 2014, this stock lost 20% of its value. in fact, this past february the stock declined 6% in a single session, selling off on massive volume, some newsletter charged the company is not doing its accounting right. as fitzpatrick points out in march, kinder morgan made a very, very real bottom. the stock has been bouncing back with a vengeance since. we know this was a legitimate bottom. in february and march the bulls gave up. they couldn't take it any more. you've seen that before. they started dumping the stock. after this wholesale washout, you typically see a pretty rapid rebound. that is exactly what happened with kinder morgan. this was the crescendo sell-off. fitzpatrick noticed things turned around quickly. first in may
