we just came from the house where it is still smoking but the fire has been knocked down and let's goo a picture that the fire department had tweeted earlier this morning, you can see flames were shooting out of the windows which were fully involved when fremont firefighters were involved. this was just before 4:30 and they do confirm it was the garage that was on fire and that's where they believe the fire started. two cars were parked in the driveway and also caught fire and it ended up extending into the attic and the flames also touched the adjacent house. the five people who were living inside a family of four had a friend staying with them, they got out safely so did one dog and another dog died in the fire. they were able to knock down the fire in about 40 minutes so it is under control but there is still smoke around, lots of charred debris and they are in shock and they want to know what happened and they asked if they heard the smoke alarms and they said they didn't hear the smoke alarms at all. we will stay on top of it and you will hear from a neighbor who saw all of this
