the winds are breezy. 23 in oakland hills. 20 in knoxville. we will see some of this breeze mixing out some of the haze but it looks like another moderate day when it comes to air quality. this is the view from san jose. believe it or not, you can see a lot of fog in the south bay right now and we will trap -- check air quality later today. moderate air quality across the region. you will notice the haze in the sky. not a huge concern unless you have respiratory concerns so you want to limit your time outside. it is a nice day shaping up in terms of temperatures. by lunchtime, we are in the 50's and later this afternoon, we have a lot of sunshine. moderate hui of 60 in the city. 61 in oakland. 65 in santa rosa. 62 in conroe. we will look at the forecast in eight minutes. first, let's check in with francis. francis: good morning. fog is the biggest challenge for the morning commute and we will start with a camera outside. check out emeryville. headlights move westbound toward the bay bridge but yesterday was a big mess on the bay bridge. so far
