next legal topic a week after kodak filed for bankruptcy protection, kodak, stunning, right, an employee is suing the company's executives and board. the suit claims that the officials knew very well kodak was struggling and the oversight of employee retirement plans cost workers and retirees tens of millions. but kodak officials deny the allegation. so, basically, what they are saying is, kodak people knew, they protected themselves, but they let the employees go down the drain. randy? >>randy: there is a disconnect. typically what you see in a situation like this, you have the higher ups knowing the company is about to tank so they are selling all of their stock. there is no allegation that those board of director members, the members of the board, were doing that. it is a situation where the board obviously knew something was up, and, perhaps, rather than looking at them in such a poor light maybe they were trying to do everything they could to save the company, they should not be sued civilly. there is no evidence they acted in the bad interest of the company to their own benefit. >>
