then a year after treatment, rachel and i went to boston and participated in the komen 3 day. walking is the way i healed my body and soul. the picture with the daughter flag was at the end of the walk and you could carry a banner that said who you were walking for. i am definitely in this for the next generation, so it is better for my kids. there are some pictures of the 3 of us the couple years after. then this past september -5 years after i finished all treatments and was cancer free, i got remarried and now have this wonderful huge family with 5 daughters, 2 son in laws and a granddaughter between us. the little granddaughter belongs to heather, the one who fought off lymphoma during college. this is life, wonderful, again use one or two or any that you want. my message will just be to keep the fight going for the next generation. both of my daughters, my niece and my brother have tested positive for brca2 gene mutation. my treatments were so much better than those of a different generation and i want to keep it one man thought taking off his socks the conventional way w

komen three-day walk laced up today and starting to practice today. they have to walk 60 miles in 3 days. >> yeah. we are going to be talking three days. friday, saturday and sunday. and it's roughly 20 miles per day so you have to train for that. >> 26th annual philadelphia race for the cure beginning on may 8th, mother's day. >>> well, we are not going to be as cold tonight as we were last night and early this morning. so at least that will be a nice start to the day tomorrow. and then by the afternoon, 70 degrees temperatures back in the forecast. it's going to be really nice day. it will get windy again, though. going into friday, still warm. still in the 70s but now we're talking about some rain. and that could start as early as the morning commute. don't forget the umbrella. after that, we have a cooler weekend forecast for you so i'll show you in a second. overnight tonight, we are going to stay in the 40s for most of the area. and then look how quickly we get into the mid to upper 60s by lunchtime. you will really start to notice that warm-up
