kooej, thank you for being here today. >> hi, becky is this whole recycling issue broken >> it is not broken, it needs help >> this is a team sport. we are all involved. >> one of the key issues is people think they are helping. what do you do with consumers. how can you better educate them. >> we have a term for that we call it wish recycling. people want to help. in order to get the rewards, we have to get the right things in the bin. one, recycle, two, recycle right and make sure none of it is bagged >> i've heard don't put the greasy box in. do you need to clean everything out? >> just think about it municipality has never made serious money. they may have gotten some revenue back, this has been a cost to communities they do it like they do public service and like they provide clean waters >> is this a real issue that if china is no longer buying it, it doesn't make the financial sense it did years ago >> we are in a change time we need to hold the course while we err making a shift. we need to think why china stopped buying our stuff the truth is, we were sending them junky loads
