kpix 5's emily turner is live at bart headquarters. we are learning more about the man killed. >> reporter: it's a really sad story because this young man was just trying to do something kind, something helpful. here's what happened. we have learned that the suspect got on the train and that he was acting very belligerently and we are talking about the man accused of killing this young man by the way, was acting in a way that concerned a lot of folks on the train a. and so the victim tried to calm that man down. he tried to control the situation a little bit. and a little bit later just as the train was pulling into the west oakland station, that man instead opened fire killing the 19-year-old. >> take a look at these photos. bart police released them saying this man killed 19-year- old carlos romero. these images are worlds better than the original ones released this week. and curiously, bart won't say where they came from. nor would they comment on the investigation at all. today they also released the name of the victim, although it
