kpix 5 jackie ward is there now with more and, jackie, what can you tell us? >> reporter: michelle, minutes ago we spoke to the person who lives here in this home and he says the shooting happened right in his driveway. right here on the right-hand side. he said he woke up to several gunshots so there is an elderly couple who lives with him and says they are all a little shaken up. there is no way to wake up for sure. it happened around 10:30 last night and some people are waking up to bullet holes in their cars. witnesses say they heard about six to seven gunshots near richmond avenue and scott street and saw one person running away from the scene last night. the person we spoke to says he believes that person was shot. to give you some perspective we are not far from san jose city college. another victim appears to have been shot and three others were arrested only one of those three was allegedly name the suspect. so this area was littered with shell casings earlier. and bullet holes could be seen and a lot of nearby parked cars. the sheriff's office was ca
