i completely agree with what director krebs has said. one thing that has been very clear over the last several years is, even in these highly partisan divisive times, if you talk to election officials across the political spectrum and the country they will tell you how well we've been working with them to secure their systems. that's a tremendous victory and that's one of the reasons we are as secure as we will be in 2020. i've been doing elections for a long time. over 20 years since my time in the justice department with both the clinton and bush administrations. since 2016, founding mind organization and research. it has been clear that since 2016, there are two potential targets here that we need to be concerned about. one is the actual election infrastructure as mark accurately pointed out. we've been relying upon technology more and more. in some ways, that's very good. technology can do some things very well. it counts votes much more accurately and quickly. it can provide for access for people who have challenges, etc. but that t
