nbc bay area's kris sanchez live at the scene with the very latest. kris? >> reporter: hi, there, scott. we just talked with police and they said homicide investigators are on the scene and this appears to be the case of a man who was killed and suffered some sort of injury that is consistent with the fact that this was not an accident. the homicide investigators are here at the scene. they were called out earlier this morning, by a man who drives a truck, out of one of these warehouses, who saw the man on the ground, unconscious, and not breathing. when medical personnel arrived, they declared him dead on the scene. we don't know whether this man is affiliated with that red semitruck that you can see in the video, but he was nearby. now, this is a commercial area, a place where warehouses are, where trucks come and go all day long, but, still, there are no witnesses so far, and nothing in the surveillance video to give any indication of to what happened to the police. the police right now asking people to come forward with any information, if they saw anyt
