kris. >> thanks. fire crews are standing by watching for any flare-ups after this brush fire in the santa cruz mountains west of gilroy and morgan hill. five acres were burned near mount madonna. it is fully contained. it started just before 4:00 yesterday afternoon off summit road. this is along the border of santa cruz and santa clara counties. a remote rugged area far from homes but there was a greenhouse type structure that caught fire. no one was injured and no word on what cause was. >>> there was a vigil for a 3-year-old san francisco boy and his mother last night who died in a fire a month ago. yesterday, the family -- rather a month ago yesterday the family still desperate for answers. the vigil held on brookdale avenue right in front of the apartment where 3-year-old santana williams and his mother died in a fire on april 16th. a preliminary report released last week said the fire started in the living room of their two-story apartment. mother and son were found in a bathroom on the second f

kris sanchez is live outside ebay with the details on this latest security breach. kris? >> reporter: janelle, a lot of people, maybe even including you, use the same password for social media and financial web sites along with newspapers and web sites in between, and that's what makes this breach at ebay so risky. security experts say they may not have made off with your financial information but they certainly made off with the keys to the store. while you were shopping on ebay for clothing or appliances, hackers were browsing the corporate network for your personal information. hackers stole more than -- but no money. a spokesperson tells nbc are readying pay pal, nothing has opinion compromised. security experts say that the hackers can use the stolen customer date at that to access other accounts where chances are the passwords are the same. >> if i now have that person's password, well, now maybe i can log on to their bank account. i can log on to their credit card account. i can send them very legitimate looking phishing e-mails that collect more information. >> re

kris? >> thank you, rob. he is coming home, the 15-year-old stowaway who hid in the wheel well of a maui bound flight out of san jose left hawaii and is believed to be headed back to the bay area this morning. yahya abdi survived subzero temperatures through the five-hour flight from mineta san jose to maui and has been in protective custody at a hospital since april 20th when he landed. abdi told police he hopped the fence at the airport, climbed up the landing gear into the wheel well of a boeing 767. he told police he did it after a fight with his father and hoping to reunite with his mother in ethiopia. abdi's father went to hawaii this week to bring his son home but hawaiian officials aren't confirming whether the two are together. >>> just in to our newsroom oakland fire officials say an elderly woman died in a one-alarm fire at her home this morning. firefighters say when they arrived at the house on the 2500 block of parker avenue just before 3:00 this morning, the home was engulfed in flames. the bla

let's go to kris sanchez live off highway 85 where two bodies were found inside of a home. what can you tell us? >> reporter: this is a pretty quiet neighborhood. and neighbors are gathered around the crime scene tape wondering what happened to the two people that were found inside their neighbor's home, wondering if it's the person who actually lived there. neighbors tell us that it is a man who is in his late 40s, maybe early 50s, who lived there alone except on the weekends when his young daughters come to visit. they're hoping that it is not him and there might be a good explanation for what happened here. one neighbor tells us that her daughter heard something that sounded like a firecracker last night but didn't think anything of it. and then this afternoon as her young granddaughter, 14-year-old girl, came home from school, she says she heard a woman screaming "there are bodies in there." and that's about the time that san jose police got the 911 call. that grandmother tells us that this is something that's out of the ordinary here. >> it's tragic, i just seen him sa
