good morning, marcus and kris. i'm one of those people, the show felt like it was at some point just right in our back yard, with the fireworks going up. once the sun went down, the fireworks went up and you can kind of just choose which direction to look and you'll find something in san francisco, in our neighborhood. here is video from san francisco. this one is from is mission district where a rapid fire show from a handheld tube -- that's what it's looking like, in the middle of the road. that was set off and continues for nearly 30 seconds after the video starts. now, across the bay bridge, this was the view from nbc bay area's sky ranger over oakland, all over the city you can see colors flying, obviously not legal. anyone caught with these faces a $1,000 fine and police and fire departments have been trying to crack down on illegal fireworks leading up to the fourth of july, but obviously it was not that easy. this is also from last night. some ground video from a fire burning in walnut creek. contra costa f

good morning, kris and marcus.e just found out that san jose police the driver who crashed into this home here has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. they believe he was drunk. you can see the damage to the front porch of the home on south second street and hollywood avenue in downtown san jose. this happened a little after 11:30 last night. the driver in the red mustang crashed his car. again, suspicion from police, they're telling us they believe he was drunk driving and, of course, they are investigating. san jose fire, they put him in a neck brace to transport the driver to the hospital. his hands were tied down on the gurney and at one point he tried to free himself from restraints and, as you see, san jose police had to assist. so, again, fortunately no one was seriously hurt. the driver was taken, it looks like, for observation, but he is now in police custody. no one was hurt here inside this home. unfortunately for the people who live here, there's some significant damage to their f
