christy y kris was campaigning at joey's diner. i asked him about immigration, whether or not he thinks undocumented immigrants should have a path to legal status if not citizenship. he wouldn't go so far as to sady that that's what should happen although there are some in the republican field who will do that. he did say there's no way people will self-deport. so that's a departure from some of the language republican candidates used in 2012 but it's not clear where exactly he stands on that immigration issue. now, of course we can't forget this is his first swing through new hampshire after those indictments came down in the scandal involving the lane closures on the george washington bridge. so that is something that's followed him up here a little bit. we talked to him about it yesterday yesterday. take a listen. >> how can americans trust a christie white house wouldn't end up facing indictments? >> you know it's such a silly question i won't even answer it. 15 months later exactly what i said in january of 2014 has turned out

kris sanchez. crews found a cracked track at the civic center station after 9:30 this morning. >> christy, this is leaving time, i would imagine huge delays. >> reporter: yeah. absolutely. b.a.r.t. giving an update about ten minutes ago. at first they were inspecting. they're confifrming a deformity in the rail between the civic center and the 16th street b.a.r.t. station on track two. that's the one that heads toward the east bay. and the repairs will require at least five to six hours to complete is what they're saying. and that means that this will likely go into the evening commute. they're only single tracking in san francisco and have a limited amount of trains that can get through the transbay tube. obviously this means that the service schedule will be affected. it's the same as this morning when this was first discovered. only the yellow line into san francisco and milbury. that one is running. fremont to daly city goes to mac acthur arthur. folks will have to transfer. the blue line will go to montgomery and turns back. richmond to mulberry no service. those folks need to get on a fremon
