>> reporter: hi, kristen. i want to bring you up to date.rt while ago, the australian search authorities released some new information, and they say that no less than five aircraft today spotted what they call multiple objects out there in the new search area. they took photographs and those photographs are being examined overnight. interestingly, they say a new zealand aircraft spotted a number of objects, which they describe as being white or light in color. now, significantly, that was re-located by an australian aircraft. that's not happened before. it's been difficult for secondary confirmation of these things. the australian aircraft saw what it called blue-gray rectangular objects. the authorities whoer are being cautious and they say they can't confirm anything, and certainly not whether these are related to flight 370 until those objects have been collected by ship, and they've tasked a chinese ship, which is the first into the search area, to go and try and pick them up saturday. now, the weather was good out there today. the area

. >> and i'm kristen zee. so let's begin with our mysterious google barge. today the future floating technology showroom moved from treasure island to its new digs 80 miles away at the port of stockton. abc 7 news report er katie marzullo is live at treasure island. trrpt was parked here at the end of this pier on treasure island for the last several months, but it took off early this morning headed for its new home in stockton. that's about 80 miles east on the sacramento san joaquin river delta. and as you mentioned, sky 7 hd live over the barge right now. it just arrived at its new home about 20 minutes ago. this is because the san francisco bay conservation and development commission gave orders on january 31st that the barge had 35 days to leave treasure island because treasure island doesn't have the proper building permits. google confirmed this week the barge was headed to stockton. sky 7 hd caught up with the barge on its journey this morning. it was at the antioch bridge right around 8:30. meanwhile, i caught up with a man who lives here on treasur

we go live to kristen welker live at the white house.e house responding to these latest reports from crimea? >> reporter: i've been speaking to senior officials, they've been monitoring the situation quite closely. i'll read you part of their statement, it says "reports of continued attacks against ukrainian military personnel and facilities highlight the dangerous situation created by russia and belie president putin's claim that russia's military intervention in crimea has brought security to that part of ukraine. russia should immediately begin discussions with the ukrainian government to ensure the safety of you've cranian forces in the crimean region of ukraine. it's against this back drop, this claescalation that preside obama plans to head to europe. he will be in a meeting with his european partners at that summit, won't meet with russia's prime minister who will also be there. and the goal will be to shore up support, to isolate russia, to pressure putin, to try to prevent him from entering other parts of crew oukraine. that is
