i'm kristen sze. the shooting victims were discovered this morning. this is san jose's second homicide in just over a week. abc 7 news reporter matt keller is live at the scene, matt? >> reporter: this investigation wrapped up an hour and and a half ago so it's business as usual, but a double shooting is making a lot of people nervous. it's disconcerning to see crime scene tape up in your neighborhood. >> probably typical of what's going on lately around here. >> reporter: police were called to the downer shopping center this morning. officers quickly taped off the parking lot to start their investigation. two men were found with gunshot wounds and taken to the hospital. one died. one had nonlife threatening injuries. >> it's so sad. it's horrible to have this happen. >> reporter: san jose police are investigating to see if a a shooting around the same time, but a half mile away on snell avenue is related. the department said they were unavailable to talk to the media. people were frustrating with what's happening in their neighborhood. >> it's scary

. >> kristen welker joins me now from the white house. kristen, good morning. giuliani and trump seem to be on two different pages about whether somebody infiltrated the campaign or not. what do you know about this? >> well, i think giuliani being very cautious in his wording there as you heard, making the point that it's not clear that there actually is an informant, which essentially lines up with all of the reporting about this, ali, is there, in fact, an informant or not? as you point out, this is something the president and some of his allies have certainly seized upon. i think the big issue and part of the explanation for why you might see the divide is because giuliani does feel as though there has been some movement in terms of his negotiations with special counsel robert mueller. essentially saying he feels as though mueller may be moving to limit the scope of some of the questions that would be asked if there is, in fact, an interview with president trump. i spoke with rudy giuliani overnight and he said maybe, just maybe, he repeated that word severa
