. >> i am kristen sze. >>> breaking news in fremont. a remain noally busy better section is shut down after a deadly overnight accident. nick has an update. nick? >> good morning. a car and a motorcycle broken into hundreds pieces. four hours after the initial response fremont police continue to investigate a fatal motor accident at fremont boulevard. look at the video shot a few seconds ago. the collision between a mini cooper and motorcyclist was reported after officers were flagged down by passing drivers. the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. it appears alcohol was a factor. the driver of the vehicle has been identified as 23 years old from emeryville arrested for suspicion of d.u.i. before police could make the arrest he ignored police requests to stop the car and took off down fremont and crashing the car into a pole. >> the suspect jumped out of the vehicle and ran into a field. the officers gave chase and took the suspect interest custody were the vehicle caught on fire. >> heavy debris continues to liter the inters
