news 4 east kristen wright is live with what happened and where things stand right now. kristen, good morning. >> reporter: large crowds at the rosalyn station this morning. this is one of the shuttle buses trying to get people where they're going. shuttle buses throughout the morning. i talked to a woman here in this line getting on the shuttle bus to foggy bottom who says she has been dealing with this for over two hours. it's been a long morning for everybody here. major delays this morning. we met a lot of frustrated riders who can't get where they're going. the orange blue and silver lines are suspended between foggy bottom and arlington cemetery and foggy boss tom and clarendon. metro tells me there was no fire just smoke. also from metro, no passengers were in darchger near the problem. huge crowds trying to get on shuttle buses and figure out which ones are going exactly where. i'm hearing from people it's difficult to get information at times. adding to the delays today. blue and silver lines are single tracking between edison road and stadium armory for an unrel

kristen wright live in alexanderia now with more on the threats she made. >> reporter: that former fbi agent tunisia davis will be in federal court today after causing security scares at both the cia and the nsa according to court records obtained by news 4. davis recorded video on the day of her arrest showing her driving through d.c. it appears she posted the video to facebook some 40 minutes before she was arrested at cia headquarters. according to those court documents, davis first drove her car to the front gate of the national security agency in maryland last thursday and was turned away. court records show next she drove to the main gate of the cia in langley, virginia and drove past an officer trying to stop her. another officer had to physically stand in the vehicle's path. we were first to report that after handcuffed she reached with her free arm toward an officer's gun belt. she was stopped and taken into custody. cia investigators say davis who was an agent from 2004 to 2010 told agency police if she could have reached an officer's gun, she would use to kill everyone aroun
