let's check in with kristy siefkin with a look at what to expect and if there are anymore storms on the horizon. >> well, guys, it started to quiet down a little bit tonight. we are still activity in southeastern arizona. that's dissipated and still a few showers throughout northern arizona. still activity throughout the valley though. take a look at our earlier time-lapse, you'll notice right now quiet through tuscon but pretty strong cells tracking through the northeast. around dinnertime we had a very strong cell moving through the connection at 101 and 202. otherwise we stay pretty dry. it was the big wall of dust that was the major weather event. heavy poke of rain north of show low, just east of flag a little bit of activity north of 40, and then into northwestern arizona still seeing some showers. this moisture though spilling from the north to the sous south, a little bit of different weather pattern today. along with the wall of rain and dust, gusts of wind, 35 miles an hour near sky harbor, 40 near casa grande. makes sense since we saw all of arizona into the central deserts,

let's go live now to kristy siefkin who is on the scene. kristy, what can you tell us about what happened out there? >> reporter: mark it's obviously a very sad day for neighbors, particularly those with animals, their veterinarian going underground today where he kept the animal feed, and then he the 61-year-old stored his grain for his animals about 20 feet underground in a storage area, and apparently from all of the rain that we have seen, all of the water that had run off, he was going down into the silo to try to pump some of that out, and phoenix fire explained to us that when that grain interacts with the moisture, it actually becomes an oxygen-depleted environment, the oxygen level dropping down to about 4%. and the brain can only function without that oxygen for about four minutes, so at the ti this evening, a hazmat crew had come in. they were heading down to the silo, because not only had the veterinarian gone down there, two other men had gone in after him, attempting to help him, both of them becoming unconscious as well once
