it is a dead heat, from early october, kristin's in tma, martha mcsorley up by one but that presidentin this particular race. what are your thoughts? >> this race will come down to turn out. it is the junk ball within the margin of error meaning either candidate could be up by several points today but it will likely come down in that state to who is turning out. both sides are polling nationally, both sides, republicans and democrats are charged up to vote. it is a question of latinos and whether or not they will turn out and what we are seeing a lot of surveys is the latino vote in the midterm cycle is being overestimated. we started in california in june primaries most pollsters overestimated the latino vote in the era of trump but in early returns and mail in ballots in california and texas latino turnout is looking like every other midterm cycle before. not necessarily a blue wave. >> if that is overestimated then perhaps this particular poll that showed hispanics preferred skin dma is not as significant. and white rule voters favor mcsorley by 27%. both of them have an 88% degree
