site, kron four dot com.on our facebook page and twitter feed. an early morning fatal shooting outside a bar in santa cruz. it happened on locust street near the red restaurant bar. police say 32-year-old pauly silva was shot to death at around 12-30 saturday morning. witnesses tell investigators the victim had an altercation away from the area and was shot as he was entering the bar. three men are in custody.poli ce say two of them known gang members. a fatal accident outside of giants fan fest saturday. a woman riding her bike was hit and killed by a cement truck. police say the 30-year-old woman was riding west on king street near third when she was hit around 9-30 saturday morning. she got caught under the cement truck's rear axle and was run over. the truck dragged the bike for half a block. that's when the driver realized something was wrong and pulled over. >> the sound that is all i remember, the drdragging tracking and the sound of the bicycle. >> it was a tracking her. >> i did not know why that a c

kron-4's maureen kelly found out more about who lived in a house. which police recently searched for clues. >> reporter: we have just learned of a primary person of interest. we just ran a background check on the person of interest in the kevin collins case. as we said dan therrien, who went by the name kelly. died he wore his blond hair, shoulder linkage to the last person the scene shoulder- length. in 2008 - and he lived in the house where investigators dug up bones on tuesday. the san francisco police department showed up with pictures of the tenants. he died in 2008 but they still say that dan therrian is a person of interest his partner, does not believe to be a person of interest. the landlord did not want to go on camera but he is shocked to hear that his former roommate crude be involved. >> we justl had background chstand as imagine, he died in 2008 in the live in the house the statethe state and nationwide criminal checks came back clean. no court records either for dan therrien. we did get three addresses for him - all in san francisco.

felicia reid, kron 4. winter weather has returned to the tahoe area, with nearly all of the ski resorts reporting fresh snow. kron 4's charles clifford clifford has a look at the conditions. >> reporter: after several weeks of dry weather, the ski areas around lake tahoe are now reporting typical mid season conditions. with spring break on the horizon, they are all happy to get some new snow. to the north of lake tahoe, this was the view wednesday afternoon from squaw valley. they're reporting an inch of new snow over night and 4 inches over the past 24hours. they now have a 26 inch base at the bottom of the mountain and 97" mid mountain. to the east northstar has seen 5 inches of new snow over the past two days, they now have an 84 inch base. around south lake tahoe, heavenly is reporting five new inches of snow and kirkwood received 8 inches over the past 24 hours. so most ski areas around lake tahoe are reporting mid season conditions. there is a possibility of some snow later this week and if you're he

kron 4 news starts now with breaking news. >> breaking news, kron 4 has update add photograph of a man who police say is connected to a triple murder in sonoma county police arrested this man in mobile alabama on february 14th. kron 4's dan has more on the investigation that led up to his arrest. >> reporter: an arrest has been made in sonoma counties so called drug deal gone bad. investigators say three people were at this rural home on february 5th waiting to buy marijuana when they were gunned down. their bodies discovered in a bed room later in the day. now sheriff's officials say 46- year-old mark capello was taken into custody on valentine's day in mobile alabama. the arrest was made after investigators conducted interviews and collected evidence both here in the bay area and in his home state of colorado. but they will not say why they think he's responsible for the triple murder. among the dead, 26-year-old rally butler originally from petaluma but more recently living near trucky. it was his mother that rented the house where the bodies were found but she was out of town at th
