kron 4 news. rob, thank you. we'll continue our team coverage right now with the rain with our meteorologist kyla grogan. she is tracking it all for us from the weather center. yeah, that's right. and unfortunately, we've got more on the way and north bay already very soggy that check this hour at the top of mount tam. >> you can see the wind is just whipping right now. and that is because we are up in elevation and you start to get that wind showing up there and then working its way down to the surface. now we are starting to get gusty here, especially out at the coast. and you can see as we go through our afternoon and evening as the system moves in, that wind will be a component of we are under a wind advisory and that does go through not just tonight but rate to about 01:00am tomorrow morning. we could see some of these gusts up to about 45 miles per hour along the coast and in san francisco, then you can see as we head down towards the estuary there and to points east, it's there as well. so this is all part

kron. 4 charles clifford continues. our team coverage in guerneville with this story. >> well, good afternoon. yeah. it is still raining heavily here in sonoma county all across the north bay. as we speak. we have first responders. emergency crews responding to a scene where a mudslide with the house over the russian river that houses falling into the water. let's going take a look at some video now. crews from across the county fire department, the sheriff's department all responded to westside road near river road around 12. 31 o'clock and found that a mudslide, a home had slid down the hill and it was in the water. now they also the smell of a propane gas was in the area. maybe it ruptured a line that hank was in the water. we're not sure at this point. >> there are multiple crews there on the water with jet skis trying to search. see if anybody may be was in the water. we don't know yet if anybody was hurt or has been lost unaccounted for. we did talk to a witness nearby. he was driving by at the time and he stopped

kron 4 dot com. meantime, tonight, evacuation orders are in place for low-lying areas along the russian river. yeah, this comes after a mudslide earlier today sent part of a house into the river kron four's. lindsey ford has more. >> i'm actually in the hot seat forest hill neighborhood. and this area is not under evacuation but had some serious storm damage. come over here and take a look with me. this right here was the road where the house had had fallen. you can see that this road is no longer here. there is actually waterfall. what looks like coming off of the road because of the flooding and then when we walk over here again, lots of mud and we have a large tree over here that was actually swallowed up by the mudslide as well. and you can see over their gaping large holes. and if we walk over here, you can take a look and see that over there in the corner where there it looks like there's some wood that was actually where the house used to be. and there's some remains of it. and people in this
