a reporter from ktla was on the scene when the woman was rescued. >> we called them now. >> reporter:screams for help from this sinkhole on woodward street in studio city, just after 8:00 p.m., two brothers driving this van thought they hit something in the road, stopped and got out. that's when they discovered a massive sinkhole and tried to stop another car from driving over it. >> i seen another lady drive down the street, trying to wave to her to stop. she ain't stop or hear me, didn't recognize me or see me. she drove right over the sinkhole. her front tire got caught. she fell sideways in the sinkhole.
