we get to some developing news with ktvu paul chambers who is on clear creek road where firefighters were able to save a large home threatened by the flames tonight. paul? >> reporter: frank, julie, you're talking about 200 to 300 yards from where we are standing. as you said fire crews were able to successfully save it. behind me there are still some crews down here working. the reason being because of this. let me show you over here. you can see some glows right there, where the fire is burning at this hour because the fire is only 25% contained. now crews say it started just about after 4:00 this afternoon in the 6100 block of dry creek road in napa county about three miles west of yountville. crews battled the 50-acre fire, which was killed by a lot of dry brush in the area. however crews were able to make great progress because of change in the weather pattern. fire investigators say that 85% to 95% humidity with little wind helped them gain ground. that weather will help play a role overnight as crews are dealing with steep brush and vegetation. >> the hand crews are cutting th
