ktvu crime reporter henry lee live tonight at the hall of justice in san francisco, with the very latest on this one. henry. >> well, mike, you never know what's going on behind closed doors. so this jury has sat through weeks of testimony with plenty of witnesses. so there is a lot to discuss. it's been quiet outside department 28, in san francisco superior court, where the jury in the nemo mcenany murder trial ended its third day of deliberations without reaching a verdict before lunch. we did see the trial. prosecutors come to the courtroom, but no word on why they were here. we've seen the jury coming and going for the past several days for breaks and lunch. they must be unanimous. as far as the fate of many who's charged with murder in the stabbing death of cash app founder bob lee. a veteran prosecutor told me he has an unofficial estimate of how long the jury could be out. one day for every week of testimony. this trial has lasted six weeks. ktvu legal analyst michael cardoza, another veteran trial lawyer, says nothing is predictable when it comes to juries. >> in my career, i've
