>> reporter: hi, kyra.t was a year ago when i covered the historic speech the president made in prague and the czech republic when he said two things. he outlined that he wanted to press the reset button when it came to russia and he also wanted to get rid of nuclear weapons and rid the world of nuclear weapons and gauging from it the audience's reaction, it sounded like it was either incredibly naive or rather ambitious. what we will hear from the president is he'll be leaving with ours and he's going back to prague and he'll say yes. he will acknowledge that the aspiration is far off in the future and that the united states and russia have taken significant steps toward that aim. what will they be assigning here, kyra, it cuts nuclear weapons by a third on both sides, significantly reduces missiles and rocket launchers and will put in place a strong verification program to make sure that both sides are complying with this agreement. what is it about? the president will say this is about leadership, about

kyra? >> if you were to select the countries that pose the biggest threats, can we even do that? even with the lack of information that we have? >> there are some countries that are of concern because not that their government would sell to terrorists, perhaps, some of them but are the controls strict enough? let's look at a map. on the one hand, you have iran and north korea, always a concern. there is a lot of worry about what their governments actually are up to. so they fall into somewhat of a category all by themselves. you also have these other countries, russia, pakistan, india, concern that their controls are strict enough, that terrorists or criminals could break in and get their hands on some of that nuclear material. there has been some good news out of the summit. of course, ukraine, a lot of concern about their stock piles, that they are now officially. >> agreeing to pult those under much stricter controls and shut down their stockpile effort. >> let's talk about iran. they ar

>> reporter: that's right, kyra.e current tea party iii tour. he wants to clean house of democrats and what conservatives call rinos -- republicans in name only. funnily enough, the tea party buses here haven't rolled in yet, but one of the speakers just sent a message to scott brown, the republican, you know about the election he won in massachusetts. he said he actually helped along with the tea party activists helped with scott brown and said if he doesn't behave he could fall political prey also. it gives you a sense of how active and passionate the tea party activists are. >> you wrote an article for cnn.com, what happens at the tea party rallies. give us a sense of the behind the scenes. it's changed a lot since the party's inception. what do you think some of the misconceptions are? >> reporter: i can tell you one of the biggest misconceptions. it's the stereotype that most of them are racist, that there is an element of anti-obama simply because he's black. a lot of activists say that's the biggest misconcept
