so, you know, we need to look at businesses and say look at the regulation process like in the city of l.a you want to build a building and create jobs, it's a crazy process. our government is hurting businesses, and they are doing nothing to make it easier for small, medium and large size businesses to grow. and when are they going to do something to help me? i'm hiring people. charles: here's the thing too, i want to talk about the angle that a lot of people -- listen, we know we have a jobs crisis, but most people today their twitter feeds, the media outlets all herald the fact that, hey, there's 173,000 jobs. the unemployment rate's 5.1%, and it's all great news. somehow they forget 94 million people, adults, aren't working, millions have given up any hope of finding a job. it's not only disingenuous, guys, but in my mind i think it's very dangerous for us to keep sort of cloaking this thing, mitch, as something that's good. i think the media bears a serious responsibility here as do politicians that want to tell us that somehow 140,000 private sector jobs is a good economy. >> listen,
