there was an ems conference in town that doctor lacoke presented at. and there were some physicians visiting from korea. and they came to meet with myself and the chief at headquarters and went over to station 49 to meet with chief tong and her staff. really interesting just learning from other countries and cult urs sort of where than i are at. but i think it really highlighted the great work that the san francisco fire department is doing. the united fire service women had a breast cancer symposium last week. you know anything i can do to highlight cancer in the fire service -- and how we can be proactive and supportive, i'm all in. and so thanks to the united fire service women for their amazing work on this. and being so proactive. in sunday my command staff and i participated in the italian heritage parade. nerth beach was alive and busying. it was you know great to see so many people out enjoys food from restaurants. and you know they are always happy to see a fire engine and -- so thanks to everyone who attended. and yea. and then -- yesterday w
