the contract with the city of lafayette battles involving the shooting.is the victim he was transported to john muir of old. it is unclear what his injuries were or what condition he was in when transported. we're also being told the officer that was involved was not injured during the shooting. obviously a lot of questions. early in the investigation we're hoping that someone from the contra costa county sheriff's department or lafayette city can come and explain what happened. as i said around 7:00 a.m. this morning and on the call went out. the road on woodview remains close a the bottom of a hill and half a mile from where now. >> we will give a date within the next 30 minutes. other stories. south san francisco police are searching for a man they say entering businesses and stealing employees iphone. the man you see here is a suspect. police say has gone into as many as five different urge stores, a dental offices, and all diligence posing as a customer. the suspect says his name is michael adult employs he recently inherited a large sum of money. wh
