right now highway 24 we're going to start there in lafayette. see it is getting more crowded. westbound as you drive through to the tunnel. it is mostly slow here in lafayette and 680 through pleasant hill and walnut creek. we're looking at the richmond bridge where you can see the traffic here will be slow as you drive through. no major problems driving through to the richmond bridge. we want to get to the bay bridge toll plaza. westbound -- let me get to the toll plaza real quick. i think we're stuck. anyway, i'll have to do it man allly. westbound traffic at the toll plaza is backed up. i want to mention that today is a little better than it has been the last few days. this is a 20, 25-minute delay. yesterday it was more line 40 minutes. we will take anything that we can get these days, especially on the back to school communities -- commutes. westbound 92 has improved. traffic will be okay out to the pence l i would recommend 280 over 101 though instead of driving on a very crowded 101 freeway through burlingame, san mateo and redwood city.
