moving over oakland could hold up to lafayette to 6:32. the timeline for some spotty rain for tonight and i expected to pick up once we get to about 2:00 in the morning near the coastline. if that cold front moves right on the coastal area up toward the north bay we should be in it pretty good. tomorrow morning yellow and orange showing heavier downpours. here is where we could get some heavy rain. with the way the storm is moving it is going to continue to pull up rainfall chances all the way through 11:30 in the morning. it may linger with some on and off rain chances through tomorrow night and then we see this get out once we roll into thursday morning. thursday is expected to be bright for us. northbay coastal areas we are in a 1 to 2 inch range. maybe not much for east bay and south bay. east bay may be close to manage. san jose maybe about a quarter of an inch. we probably get rain shadow from that. that'll be an area to watch. when it comes to rainfall season we are certainly making a huge dent. look at these numbers for the season.
