talked about in previous meetings, reductions in the metical rate at a good hospital, cuts in laguna honda. other states, particularly at the human resources agency, other reductions at mental health, one-time revenue, various other changes. all in all, from this year to next year, the prediction is we will see a net change of $20 million in revenues, and the following year, $105 million in revenues. the problem in our deficit is not a revenue problem is more -- problem, it is more a deficit problem. driving personnel changes, predicting $94 million in salary increases next year with expiration of our labor agreements. approximately 12 furlough days with the concession that was made in most labor agreement that are expiring. the assumption is if those go away, that will feel like a 4.6% year over year change in the cellar cost. we continue to see increases in health and dental benefits costs. this is not based on any actual information from the health services. you have not enacted on those rates yet. there are some kid is going on that health services from changing to a calendar year plan

laguna honda is an example that you're likely familiar with. this will provide medical care and rehabilitation services in a residential setting and is the highest level of care that elderly and disabled patients can receive outside the hospital. skilled nursing care services are referred to as beds. cpmc provide this for over 30 patients. currently, approximately 62 patients are receiving skilled nursing care at st. luke's. the st. luke's is licensed for 79 skilled nursing beds, the average occupancy rate for 2010 -- excuse me, for 2010, the last year for which there is publicly available data, it is 62 beds and thus the 100 total. cpmc is not proposing to include more in a hospital but will instead add 62 new beds in san francisco. these new beds, these will be new beds, not simply existing beds transferred by another provider for this purpose, and it will thus maintain the overall ability -- availability of skilled nursing. with the exception of those that have medicare and/or private insurance or medi-cal. cpmc under the proposed agreement

[applause] yes, we should rejoice in our accomplishments. so when we began to see the dismantling of services for older adults and younger adults with disabilities a few years ago, it began with the disk drive -- the languages program, and we started seen the attacks on ihss, on workers, and consumers using the program. all of that culminated than in july, with the retelling of the cafe program and the recognition that, again, 55,000 people around california, 1200 people in san francisco, with loose adult day health come december 1. but, you know, san francisco is a city filled with people that are very, very hopeful. look at the ground today. it is a hopeful crowd, am i right?
