] for laguna honda hospital. i'm going to share with you the regulatory report for the month of may. for the month of mai. laguna honda hospital submitted a total of 19 facility-reported incidents to cdc h. you have the break down there on your report. there were also 7 anonymous complaint. to questions that were provided by commissioner green, just some quick follow up. so there was a change in staffing so this has caused a delay in follow-up in some of the investigation items so this is the roughly 15 investigations that you see have not been started here at the hospital just yet. 7 of which are [indiscernible] cases. additionally, follow up with over 40 cases during this covid time. so the surveyors are not visit visiting all the facilities. it's a great time for them to catch up on some of their pending cases and they've been doing that. the management team has been extremely busy, providing follow-up documentation to over 40 cases and over 15 impenlding case that is we an tyes prit documentation comes. there

let me just tell you this is routine testing at laguna honda as part of that effort.n the last few weeks we have tested 2,087 residents and staff at laguna honda hospital. this is the routine screening so not symptomatic. and 718 residents, 1369 staff. and as a result of universal testing we did detect four new positives who are asymptomatic. so that type of routine screening is yielding the desired -- well, it's yielding results. obviously, we prefer to not find any cases but the fact that we found a number of cases that were asymptomatic ensures that we are able to then do contact investigation and tests, close contacts, and hopefully contain the virus. we are assisting other nursing home facilities across the city in implementing this routine testing. we've already worked with numerous entities over the past few weeks and we're continuing to scale that up. so i hope that answers your question about the long-term care facilities. it's a change for them in this new era. and our expectation is that they will make investments in getting their staff and their residents

because as you can imagine for the facilities, it's quite labor intensive, especially beside the laguna hondaand jewish home to be doing testing on a very regular basis. so we don't have a final answer based on our understanding of the incubation period of the virus, it should be no more often than every 14 days, every two weeks. and that is the general schema we have started from but it may be possible to space it out to conserve the staff resources on the parts of the sniff, but also the testing capacity expect resources. and resources. for people that are not in a skilled nursing facility setting, say, an essential worker, if, again, we don't have the most precise answer but what we've said is they should not get tested any more than every 14 days. they remain asymptomatic, it should be every 14 days. we would need a partnership to do an evaluation or a study of them systematically to take a look in a scientific way to see if there are institutions that were putting out the same advice, but we're a little bit limited now and going by what we know of the natural history of the vira virus wh

looking at pieces of masonic and presidio and putting some upgrades on lanes near laguna honda and bosworth. there are chances we're going to take on this project. we're going to want to look at having the peak parking tow away on sacramento and clay streets perhaps be all day, or on 19 avenue, having a conversation with caltrans about having an h.o.v. lane on 19 avenue in the curb lane. so not easy questions, particularly on the time horizon that we'll be working on. we also know that public transit will be hobbled due to the financial crash for years to come. our parking protected bikeway network in the south of market and our slow streets, particularly on streets like page and lake and sanchez street, as well as streets throughout the sunset have been wildly successful. our slow streets in particular are attracting people on bikes and skate boards and scooters and walkers and wheelchairs in a way that we've never seen before, and particularly in a way that matches the actual age, ethnicity and neighborhood demographics of the areas that they're service. so one of the questions that we as

looking at pieces of masonic and presidio and putting some upgrades on lanes near laguna honda and bosworth. there are chances we're going to take on this project. we're going to want to look at having the peak parking tow away on sacramento and clay streets perhaps be all day, or on 19 avenue, having a conversation with caltrans about having an h.o.v. lane on 19 avenue in the curb lane. so not easy questions, particularly on the time horizon that we'll be working on. we also know that public transit will be hobbled due to the financial crash for years to come. our parking protected bikeway network in the south of market and our slow streets, particularly on streets like page and lake and sanchez street, as well as streets throughout the sunset have been wildly successful. our slow streets in particular are attracting people on bikes and skate boards and scooters and walkers and wheelchairs in a way that we've never seen before, and particularly in a way that matches the actual age, ethnicity and neighborhood demographics of the areas that they're service. so one of the questions that we as
