their crews rate now were continuing to lay out more booms. just as a precaution they've been laying out booms all day to make sure that any oil and gasoline that is leaking from the barge will be contained and not spread out into the bay. video from earlier, showing you the environmental cleanup crews out here making sure the fuel did not spread further into the water. by putting absorbent white blooms out and the yellow blooms. this is to keep the oil. they do not know how much has got into the water. to keep it all in one place. you could see crews also cleaning oil off the boat during the day. this oil is actually hydraulic fuel that was from the engine room. fifth the oil and the fuel from the boom is about to leak out into the water. it was in a puncture in the vessel. >>reporter: there's no huge amount of oil in the area so we believe there is no active still going on right now. it's contained within the vessel. >>reporter: what you're looking at right now was a vacuum truck, that had been pulled up here on to the shore. they used hoses
