our political correspondent laila nathoo is in westminster for us this morning, laila, what concernsrunners through some of those concerns that have been raised. we are concerns that have been raised. we a re less concerns that have been raised. we are less than a fortnight away from the planned reopening of some years of primary schools in england and already we are seeing a growing number of councils being opposed to those plans, saying it's not going to happen, some because they are reposed entirely on principle because of safety concerns, saying it's not safe yet to do so but others also saying they need more time to prepare. most primary schools are under the authority of the local councils, although some academy chains have said they are going to reopen. the unions have been raising the concerns around the risk to teachers and pupils of going back at this stage. there are concerns there isn't enough cleaning regimes in place and they've not had enough time to prepare. there are calls for teachers to have protective equipment and for the testing and tracking and tracing regime t
