on the east side of lake cunningham. it's very large facility here and so the community is excited about it. they've been working on this for some time. it'll be doors will open at 7:00 and then or the gates will. and then at 9:00 they'll shoot off the fireworks. if it's a dark enough at that time, the only thing is that there will be no traffic allowed on the grounds of cunningham lake at that time for safety reasons. so they're encouraging folks to either walk or ride their bikes over here or park on in the surrounding neighborhoods, and then come on in and enjoy the festivities. they hope to make this an annual event, and maybe next year, they say include a carnaval of sorts with rides and stuff, and so that the families can enjoy a full day of celebrations here on the east side of san jose. finally, for once, they say they are used to going to downtown for san jose fireworks or to almaden lake. but now it's coming home to them. and maybe for some damian, maybe they're used to maybe setting off their own fireworks. i
